For me, woodcarving is more than a traditional craft or the technical practice of carving wood; it is a visual language through which I explore the relationship between humanity, nature, time, and cultural heritage. This body of work is rooted in the rich tradition of Persian woodcarving, yet it does not seek to reproduce the past.
